(“HESTIA”) in compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP), its regulations (RLFPDPPP) and other applicable regulations; informs you of this Comprehensive Privacy Notice, which is made and made available to you for the benefit of your capacity as owner of personal data (“Owner”), in accordance with applicable Mexican laws.
HESTIA CLINIC, S. de R.L de C.V. with address at Acueducto Río Hondo 30 Piso 2 Lomas de Chapultepec IV Section CP 11000 Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City; with the internet portal www.hestiafertility.com is responsible for the use, management and protection of your personal data.
I. Data that will be collected
To carry out the purposes described later in this privacy notice, we will use the following personal data:

II. Information destination
The information that we previously collected from you will be used for the following purposes, which are necessary for the service you request:
- Formation of a singular profile per patient.
- Identification, access and continuity of patient care.
- Offer effective communication, such as information about the study, pathologies, possible results detected by the studies/sample collections, notify about discomfort during the test/sample collection, results with health risks, as well as resolve doubts in the process of attention.
- Administration and use of medications in case of an allergic reaction.
- Offer recommendations and aftercare.
- Validation of the results of the studies with your treating doctor.
- Creation and conservation of the patient's clinical record.
- Support in generating a diagnosis.
- Quality of the test results.
Additionally, we will use your information for the following secondary purposes, which are not necessary for the requested service, but which allow and facilitate us to provide you with better service:

- Creation of profile on consumption of clinical and imaging studies.

III. With whom do we share your information and for what purposes?

- Related parties of HESTIA, such as subsidiaries, affiliates.
- HESTIA employees who, due to their functions, must have access to your information.

- Employer in labor matters and in the hiring process: Knowledge of the health status for the position.
- Federal institutions involved in health and medical research: Knowledge of health conditions, epidemics, data and statistics.

V. Exercise of ARCO rights and revocation of consent
The Law provides every holder with a series of benefits that guarantee the decision-making power and control they have over their information, as well as the right to protection of their personal data.
